By using tellframe, you agree to the following terms. They cover access to the service, the content you create and the obligations of each party.

1. Access to the service

tellframe is available through a subscription or a free plan. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and any action taken with it.

2. User content

You retain full ownership of the content you create with tellframe. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it as part of the service.

3. Prohibited uses

Prohibited uses include: illegal, hateful or misleading content, infringement of third-party rights, non-consensual deepfakes, fraudulent commercial exploitation.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the current period.

5. AI credits

Using AI features consumes credits according to the current pricing grid. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. We do our best to ensure availability without being able to guarantee it in all circumstances.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts of Paris.
